This morning was spent teaching. Tonight will be spent performing. This afternoon is being spent taking it easy.

Sleeping is still not going well for yours truly. Not only am I experiencing RLS (restless leg syndrome) but now I feel as if someone is sticking pins in me.

Hmmm. Anyone has some doll in my likeness that you are hurting? Say what?

Have your doc check your Calcium level too, if (s)he has not already……

  2. Will do! Thanks.

I’m so tired of trying to sleep … it’s really crazy making, I’ll tell you. Pacing at 2 in the morning is such a pain. 🙁

  3. Have you tried drinking Sleepytime tea before bed? It sounds like you have some physical reasons why you can’t sleep, but I have had mental tensions keep me awake, and I drink a tea with chamomile in it about 1/2 hour before bed, and it does wonders!
Sleepytime is the Celestial Seasonings brand, but I get mine from Yogi Tea (online). You might want to give it a try. Plus it tastes good. No sugar or milk, just the tea….

  4. Hmmm. I could try the tea. My doctor has suggested nothing to drink before bed, but since nothing else is working I suppose giving it a go won’t kill me! 🙂

  5. And if you really just can’t lie in bed any longer, take a shower (no baths, we don’t want you falling asleep in there!). That does wonders for me (especially these days).

  6. Ah the shower! How I wish that continued to work. Alas, it is no longer my cure all.

Mostly I pace the floors. I know this is partially RLS, but I’m thinking, especially after seeing my blood work results, that something else is up as well. I’ll find out soon, I’m sure; I’ve been in contact with my doctor and she’s doing more tests.
