  1. Maybe you should ask if the writer of this letter is from Kenya. Or if it’s his cousin.

  2. Cameron, I do hope you aren’t implying this a scam. Because … well … Pavie and I (yes, I always called him Pavie) were so darn close … like “this” (you can’t see me, but I’m just holding my two fingers close like people do when they say “We are close. Like this.” I’m sure the email is real.

Sure, the emailer didn’t mention my NAME. But really, c’mon, it’s just gotta be real.

Think of all the reeds I could buy. Wow.

    Oops … that sounded doubtful.

Think of all the reeds i WILL buy. Right this minute. I think. Maybe.

  3. Hey! I just heard from a Nigerian prince who needs just a little help releasing his fortune. Maybe I should put him in touch with your guy!

But seriously, folks… have you ever tried stringing along one of these guys? It can be kind of fun to put on a fake persona and try to draw them out. Just don’t send them any personal information about yourself!

  4. How can you doubt someone who is a philanthropy?

  5. Oh, wow, that’s one of the funniest spam emails I’ve ever seen. Thanks for sharing!
