When I’m studying or doing homework, I like to have ambient or classical music in the background. I can’t have something too intense or happy, or I won’t be able to stay focused…

  1. Well, it’s good that classical music isn’t ever too intense or happy or anything, right?

I mean, you wouldn’t want it to generate any emotions, or anything, like it was artistical or something.

On the other hand (and I’ll probably be darned to Heck for even saying this), but does anyone else think that if Mozart had been born in, say, the early-to-mid-20th century he’d have written/be writing either jingles or movie soundtracks (or maybe both)?
