I just read an article about Paul Polivnick—one of the SSV’s “regular” conductors. I do wish him the best, and if this other orchestra can offer him a real gig, rather than hopping from here to there, I wish him the best. Still, I wonder if we’ll not be able to have him come back in the future.

Time will tell.

And now off to work on reeds … sigh ….
