So I realize I tend to take things wrong. If someone says, “I really like what you’re wearing,” I hear, “You usually look awful.” If someone says, “Great solo!” I hear, “It’s about time.”

So maybe I’m the only one who struggles with this picture.

But no … Dan saw it too, so it’s not just me. (For once!) Whew!

It just looks as if the conductor is flipping someone off. The facial expression doesn’t help.

But I’m troubled, and I see things that aren’t there sometimes. I can be a bit nuts. We all know that. 😉

Later today I have two Symphony Silicon Valley rehearsals for this weekends concerts, an two days of Kiddie Concerts. A bit of Ravel and a lot of Copland. And Kodaly too, but that doesn’t count since I don’t play that work.
