What classical music goes with chicken?

Q. My husband and I are huge fans of the Farm and passionate lovers of classical music. While having dinner at our beloved restaurant, we sometimes try to translate the taste of our delicious dishes into classical music works, but have not been able to come up with satisfactory answers. Can you give us some leads?
