I’m just home from the second of four rehearsals for symphony.
Sigh.
Nothing went well for me. Reeds? Forget about it. Not one was what I thought it should or could be. Brain? Simply not there. Mood? Kinda down. Energy level? Just plain exhausted.
I feel as if I need a “long winter’s nap” … but I guess it’ll wait a few more weeks and it’ll be a summer nap, of course.
Meanwhile, I have two rehearsals tomorrow (the second being the final rehearsal), and prior to that I guess I’ll be working on reeds.
