… and may I just state plainly here that I am tired of hearing about the oboe playing. What we really want to know is: Can she make a good oboe reed? Does she shape her own cane? If so, what kind of cane does she use? And A-440? 441? Say what?
C’mon. Let’s address the reed issues. And address it NOW.
(And how in the world do we trust an oboe player?)
Don’t they know those people are freakin’ CRAZY?
Hah! I sure know it! But if I, as an oboe player, say I’m crazy … maybe that means I’m not?
Think about it.
You know, Senator Feinstein is on the judiciary committee, so maybe we can use the mighty clout of the California oboe community to ensure that if Wood gets the nomination, this gets covered at the confirmation hearings.
So should we get to witness her making reeds, perhaps?
