   what is the highest note on oboe? I can get up to a high F if I look up the fingering.

   I posted this FBQD sort of as a joke, actually! The “highest note” on the oboe … well … it depends upon who you are, really. But I did hear Liang Wang play the high C above the F you are writing about! Amazing! 🙂

   Me? I really don’t like playing high notes all that much. Ah well ….
