Piper Zhongxi Wu and Sgt. Piper David All of the Delta Police Pipe Band performed a duet at the Pipe Band’s recent Celtic Gala. The audience went wild with enthusiasm for their performance. Zhongxi and his wife, Karen are experienced and talented musicians, both having appeared in concerts in the Chinese community.
