   HOW CAN ONE NOT AGREE!! Though, You-Tube searches these days are showing the oboe pretty much EVERYwhere! It’s just plain amazing! (Check-out my You-Tube channel: RobinDesHautbois). It kind-of puts a damper in the notion that the oboe is an impossible instrument!

   I’ve never thought of oboe as impossible, Robin. Are people telling you that? Some say it is more difficult than other instruments, but I tend to disagree with even that, wouldn’t you know?

   I find reeds a challenge, to be sure, but much of that is my own lazy fault. Otherwise it’s just another instrument … anything is challenging if one is working hard at it and attempting to reach the top, of course. So there’s that!
