I guess I’m just enjoying music today … go figure.
Dan Forrest: Non Nobis, Domine
World Choral Fest in Salzburg Cathedral (I’ve been there!)
Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us; but to your name be the glory. Psalm 115:1
Print music for Non Nobis Domine will be available in August 2018, published by The Music of Dan Forrest (distributed by Beckenhorst Press). The work can be performed a cappella, with organ, with chamber ensemble, with small orchestra, or with full orchestra. (This video is the full orchestra version). The work was written to be performed as a concert closer after any of Dan’s major works; but it can also be sung in a variety of concert programming situations.

Something different … Swingle Singers singing the sacred work If Ye Love Me by Thomas Tallis, arranged in a different way and with live loops. This is, to me, gorgeous. And I need these words today.
