As anyone who follows me probably knows, I’m a Christian. Sundays I try to leave for my sacred music, although I do break my rule on occasion, if I think something is important enough it has to be shared immediately. Normally, though, it’s Sunday Morning and, later, Sunday Evening music, with occasional other sacred music posted during the day if I find something I think can’t wait.
This is one of those “can’t wait!” times. Because.
(Update: But … duh … it is a Christian song so it fits my Sunday music anyway. Heh … I have decided my brain is just so totally wacky these days.)
This is a song I grew up with at church. I can’t say it’s a favorite of mine musically, but it does hit my heart due to the memories of my childhood. This is a worldwide virtual choir, with instrumentalists around the world as well. SO many people! 1600+! Just imagine the work it took to put this together.
